I’m a fitness content creator who enjoys building a healthy lifestyle through simple habits, daily movement, and staying active. Fitness is a big part of my life, but it’s not the only thing I care about—I also love fashion, especially vintage tees, and I enjoy thrifting and collecting pieces that have their own story.

I graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as an engineer at a New Zealand–based consulting company. Outside of work, I’m also a fitness coach, focusing mainly on online coaching. I’ve worked with more than 50 clients, helping them build strength, improve performance, and stay consistent in ways that fit their lifestyles.

Growing up with an athlete mom made sports a natural part of my life—football was my first love and is still something I play regularly. Over time, strength training became my foundation, starting in college to support my athletic performance. Today, my routine includes workouts, running, swimming, and football—all done with one goal in mind: staying active and healthy for the long run.
